Step off the highway and into the wild days of British Columbia’s pioneer past. At Three Valley Gap Heritage Ghost Town, you’ll walk through a fully reconstructed frontier settlement that brings the 1800s to life, from the Gold Rush era to the rugged days of trappers, traders, and townsfolk. You’ll also discover the Antique Auto Museum, Monashee Mining Co., the Wagon & Buggy Shop, and the Railway Roundhouse, each offering a unique glimpse into the tools, trades, and transport of early life in the West.

Heritage Ghost Town

Explore over 30 historic buildings and displays, including an authentic saloon, Trapper Joe’s rustic cabin, a tobacco shop, barbershop, and the Sheriff’s Office, complete with a jail cell for outlaws! Originally sparked by gold fever in 1862, this region’s brief but intense rush left behind colourful stories, fascinating relics, and the rich spirit of a time long gone.

Choo Choo! All Aboard!

Hop on the Mackenzie Bell for a magical train ride. Lasting approximately 15 minutes and looping in a figure eight at the far end of the Ghost Town, this ride is great fun for all ages. The train ride is a separate ticketed attraction and runs daily in July and August, weather permitting.

The Bell Gardens

Take a stroll through our beautifully maintained lakeside gardens. Ideal for a peaceful break, a photo opportunity, or simply soaking in the mountain air. The gardens are open to hotel guests and day visitors alike.

Antique Automobile Museum

Discover a stunning collection of antique cars from the early 1900s, lovingly restored by Gordon Bell and the Bell Family. Highlights include:

  • 14 vintage vehicles from 1902–1929
  • A white 1912 Ford Model T
  • Historical insights into Henry Ford and early auto manufacturing

Railway Roundhouse

Experience Canada’s largest fully operational covered turntable inside a 24-bay roundhouse, built to service steam locomotives in their heyday. Inside you’ll find:

  • Locomotive repair and carpentry shops
  • Antique furnishings and artifacts
  • Replica of Revelstoke’s historic Arlington Court


The roundhouse offers a rare look into the golden age of rail travel, craftsmanship, and engineering.
